1. Description of Service
DraftFederalResume is an AI-powered platform designed to assist users in creating federal resumes compliant with USAJOBS standards. We utilize advanced artificial intelligence technologies, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to analyze user input and generate tailored resume content.
While we strive for accuracy and compliance, you acknowledge that the Service is an assistance tool and you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of your resume and job application.
2. User Accounts and Data
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
We prioritize your privacy and data security. Our deployment on Vercel and database on Supabase utilize industry-standard security measures. We do not sell your data. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or one-time payment basis ("Billing"). We use Polar.sh as our merchant of record and payment processor.
By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated. Payments will be charged at the time of purchase or on a recurring basis as per your plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
